Job summary

Amazon's Fargo, ND operations hub is hiring an IT Support Associate II for the Operations Technology Solutions group. You will support the operations team across multiple facilities, troubleshoot IT equipment, and assist in onboarding new hires while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Responsibilities

• Handle support requests across the network.
