Job summary

Amazon Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is hiring an IT Support Associate II to support Amazon Operations facilities in the Kent, WA area. You will troubleshoot IT equipment, resolve technical problems, and assist in training new hires across multiple buildings.

The role requires strong customer service in dynamic environments, with travel to local sites as needed. Benefits start Day 1, including healthcare, 401(k) matching, and a casual dress code.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience working with computer systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours, and perform physical tasks.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
