Amazon’s OpsTech IT is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team with resolving technical problems across a busy Amazon Operations facility in Kent, WA.

You’ll troubleshoot integrated systems, support Windows, Mac or Linux environments, and help train new staff while delivering fast, customer-focused service. The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for long shifts; it includes benefits starting Day 1 and a path for career development.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment in Ops facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Moving up to 49lbs as well as standing and walking for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
