Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an IT Support Associate II for the Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) team to support the operations facilities across a defined geographic area. You will troubleshoot IT equipment, handle support requests, and assist in training new hires.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, continuously learn new technologies, and provide support to customers across multiple buildings and remote sites. This role requires mobility within the local region.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during long shifts.
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
• Strong customer service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment in Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
