Job summary

Amazon Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) seeks an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team by resolving technical problems across Amazon Operations facilities. You’ll participate in ongoing career development and contribute to improvements in IT infrastructure and in-house technology across a defined geographic area.

Responsibilities include handling IT equipment support, training new hires, and traveling to support local and regional customers.

Qualifications

• Experience providing OS support across Windows, Mac and Linux environments.
• Strong customer service mindset in a fast-paced, facility-based setting.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and support multiple buildings.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
