Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Allocation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Working on and completing assigned projects.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continual learning of new technologies.
• Ability to support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations.
