Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team across multiple IT disciplines within an Amazon Operations facility. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support users, and contribute to project work while delivering high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of Windows, Mac, or Linux OS support, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts; certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle IT support requests and procedures across the network.
• Work on and complete assigned IT projects.
• Assist in training new hires.
