Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team in resolving technical problems across an Amazon Operations facility. You will troubleshoot IT equipment, assist training new hires, and support remote customers.

Responsibilities include handling support requests, maintaining equipment, and continuously learning new technologies to improve service. The role requires the ability to lift up to 49 lbs and endure shifts up to 12 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• 1+ years of operating systems support (Windows, Mac or Linux).
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Moving up to 49lbs and standing/walking during shifts up to 12 hours.
