Job summary

Amazon's OpsTech IT is seeking an IT Support Associate II to join the Operations Technology Solutions team in Kent, WA. You will support an industrial IT environment, troubleshoot equipment, assist training, and help remote customers while working across multiple buildings.

You will lift up to 49 pounds, stand for shifts up to 12 hours, and use your Windows, Mac, or Linux expertise to keep systems running smoothly. The role offers competitive pay and benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Moving up to 49lbs as well as standing and walking for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
