Job summary

Amazon Operations IT (OpsTech IT) is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support our facilities across a defined geographic area. You will resolve technical problems, assist in maintaining IT equipment, and work with a team delivering reliable IT services to Amazon Operations.

You will travel regionally, participate in ongoing career development, and contribute to a culture of ownership and customer focus while supporting diverse technical disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Lift up to 49 pounds; stand/walk up to 12 hours; frequent bending, reaching.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with strong customer service.
• 1+ year OS support (Windows/Mac/Linux).

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
