Job summary

Amazon IT Operations is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support operations facilities across a defined geographic area, troubleshooting and maintaining IT equipment while assisting in training new hires. • 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-service oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuously learn new technologies.
• Support customers in multiple buildings and remote locations.
