Amazon.com Services LLC in Kansas City, KS is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team with resolving technical issues across multiple facilities within a defined geographic area. You will support IT infrastructure, participate in training new hires, and continuously learn new technologies to deliver reliable service.

The role involves assisting in network support, helping customers on-site and remotely, and traveling locally to support operations.

Qualifications

Experience working with computer systems and troubleshooting.
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
1 year of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
Assisting in training new hires.
Continuous learning of new technologies.
Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
