Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support the operations team across multiple facilities. You will troubleshoot IT equipment, handle support requests, and assist in training new hires within a fast-paced Amazon Operations environment.

The role involves travel within the local/regional area and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with starting pay and benefits beginning Day 1.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems.
• Strong customer service in dynamic environments.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
