Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support the operations team across Amazon Operations facilities in a defined geographic area. You will troubleshoot technical problems, assist in training new hires, and continuously learn new technologies to improve service delivery.

Starting pay is region and experience dependent; benefits include healthcare from Day 1 and 401(k) matching. This role requires lifting up to 49 lbs and possible travel within the local region.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience or equivalent
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat) or AWS preferred

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities
• Handle support requests across the network
• Assist in training new hires and continuous learning of new technologies
• Support customers in multiple buildings and remote locations
• Travel within local/regional areas to support customers
