Job summary

University of Oklahoma Information Technology seeks a Technology Support Analyst to support faculty and staff with end-user devices, applications, and peripherals on-site and remotely.

As part of the Mission Support team, you will manage tickets, coordinate with OU IT colleagues, and help ensure reliable computer systems across academic and administrative units, contributing to student success, research, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote end-user support for University computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and applications.
• Create, manage, and update tickets and support requests through OU's IT Service Management platform.
• Facilitate two-way communication between the customer and OU IT, working alongside team members from Mission Support and other OU IT teams to address customer needs.
