Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst for a contract assignment in Oklahoma City. You will provide high-touch desk-side and remote support for employees across the organization, including executives, and you will help manage desktop hardware, software, and enterprise technology initiatives.

This role emphasizes strong communication, documentation, and a customer-first mindset as you handle incidents via ServiceNow, onboard and offboard users, and contribute to rollout

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support remotely and onsite.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and peripheral issues.
• Manage and update tickets in ServiceNow with clear documentation.
• Respond to help desk requests and monitor queues to ensure resolution.
