Addison Group in Oklahoma City is seeking an IT Support Analyst to maintain core systems, assist end users, and support infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role focuses on Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ticketing workflows, and reliable customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy, endpoint security, and a willingness to travel to field sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, basic networking, and endpoint security.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and ticketing platforms.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a user-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Oil and gas industry experience or support for field operations is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to field sites occasionally.
• A+, Sec+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end users on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices in a Windows environment.
• Manage and respond to user requests via the IT ticketing system with timely resolution.
• Support Active Directory user and group management, including account creation and password resets.
• Apply and maintain Group Policy settings for consistent security configurations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment and conference room tech.
• Maintain system security with updates, patches, and endpoint protection.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper device setup and decommissioning.
• Monitor network connectivity, printing services, and shared resources.
• Keep accurate records of hardware, software, and IT processes through documentation.
