Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 0–2 years in technical support or help desk.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and imaging devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and M365 issues.
• Create and resolve service desk tickets meeting SLAs.
• Assist with Active Directory user and group management.
• Configure and image laptops/desktops for deployment.
• Support Teams apps including OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
• Document issues and resolutions; suggest process improvements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and end-user experience.
