Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certifications, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a Help Desk/Service Desk role.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11, AD, and O365.
• Familiarity with hardware, networking, Mac, and mobile devices.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide break-fix support and ticket updates for end users.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and gather detailed user information.
• Document resolutions and share feedback on common issues.
• Support remote users and participate in new technology rollouts.
