Job summary

Cyber Advisors is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our Salt Lake City team. You will respond quickly to end-user requests, triage Tier 1 issues, and route complex problems to the right teams. You’ll build a strong client experience while expanding your technical skills and knowledge.

The role emphasizes professional communication, documented troubleshooting, and teamwork. A relevant IT background or associate degree is preferred, with opportunities for career growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or an Associate degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows is required; MacOS is a plus.
• Experience with Office 365 services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a professional manner.
• Prioritize and manage tickets, escalate when needed following guidelines.
• Document user data and problem details for each case.
• Log troubleshooting steps and outcomes to track labor and progress.
• Provide basic network support for workstations and assist with documentation.
• Share knowledge and tips to help clients understand their systems.
