Job summary

TEAM Risk Management Strategies is seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Support Specialist Level I to deliver dependable technical support and maintain day-to-day IT operations for local and remote users in San Diego.

You will troubleshoot laptops, printers, and peripherals; assist with Office 365, VPN, MFA, and other key apps; and collaborate with the IT Operations team to ensure a reliable, secure IT environment and a positive user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of IT support experience.
• Proven end-user support and troubleshooting experience, including O365, Windows OS, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly IT end-user support to local and remote users.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for IT tasks and coordinate with IT team.
• Assist with IT onboarding for new hires, including equipment setup and orientation.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and coordinate shipment of devices as needed.
• Assist with admin tasks in Microsoft 365 and related admin centers.
