TitleEase is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team in Park City, UT. The role balances daily IT operations with strategic technology initiatives and collaborates with the Director of IT, MSPs, software vendors, and internal teams to maintain a secure, reliable technology environment.

You will support Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, security initiatives, and documentation while helping modernize infrastructure and improve employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT operations, technical support, cybersecurity, or related tech role.

Responsibilities

• IT Operations & User Support: Coordinate day-to-day IT support requests, assist with onboarding/offboarding, manage user accounts and assets, and maintain IT docs.
