Job summary

UTA is seeking a Support Analyst to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, expand technical knowledge, and support systems and users both in person and remotely. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities include AV support, handling end-user requests via phone/email, remote troubleshooting, and documenting issues and resolutions to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience or similar role.
• Experience supporting Windows, MacOS, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a ticketing system and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site AV and conference room support, Zoom Rooms, and setups.
• Field help requests via phone and email in a courteous manner.
• Assist users remotely to resolve technical issues.
• Dispatch on-site technicians when needed.
• Document user information and issue resolution steps.
