Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an IT support professional to assist with routine IT tasks, AV equipment, and user support. You will document processes, update asset records, and follow knowledge base procedures to resolve common incidents.

The role includes maintaining equipment, coordinating with suppliers, and reporting issues outside standard procedures. Strong communication and basic security knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong IT support and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with AV/conference room setups and basic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs and monitors standard IT processes and operations with stable methods.
• Documents records, updates assets, and follows KB articles for resolution.
• Maintains basic communications and creates process logs and reports.
• Identifies and reports problems beyond established procedures.
• Maintains equipment, supplies, and data supporting processes; coordinates with suppliers.
• Applies basic technical knowledge to support end-user needs.
