Job summary

BeaconFire Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to be based at our corporate office in East Windsor, NJ. You will build relationships with client hiring managers and vendor account managers, manage a high-volume flow of qualified candidates, and communicate client requirements to the staffing team.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to understand IT business and recruitment processes from contract negotiations

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with client hiring managers and vendor account managers
• Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates
• Demonstrate discretion and tact in managing email, telephone calls and other requests
• Understand technical roles and responsibilities and communicate client requirements to the staffing team
• Partner with management to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
• Ensure that important information and urgent business matters reach the appropriate parties in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Perform various customer service related activities
