Job summary

Beacon Hill seeks an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses that benefit from temporary staffing services. You will travel to client sites, present solutions, and collaborate with recruiting teams to match candidates to roles.

You will need strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to negotiate favorable deals while representing Beacon Hill in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, and referrals.
Proactive high-volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
Meet with clients on-site, deliver sales presentations, and assess client needs.
Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs during job orders.
Serve as the primary client contact during the job order process and networking events.
