Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, marketing or related field; 1+ year HR experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills with professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking
• Ability to work independently and apply analytical judgment

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand needs and roles; reviews job descriptions.
• Assists with development and revision of job specifications and descriptions.
• Identifies effective recruiting methods and sources.
• Improves candidate pool by outreach and branding efforts.
• Drafts recruitment advertisements and posts ads in optimal media.
• Pre-screens candidates via resumes, interviews, and other communications.
• Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers and manages communications.
• Coordinates onboarding with HR and IT.
• Engages with the technical/industry community to maintain expertise.
• Attends job fairs and industry conferences; represents the company at booths.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
