Job summary

BeaconFire Inc. is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to build trusted relationships with client hiring managers and vendor partners.

You will drive growth through proactive outreach, manage a high-volume candidate pipeline, and ensure delivery of top-tier recruitment solutions within the US IT staffing landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, proven BD experience, and strong communication skills to influence executive-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in US IT staffing industry.
• Proven ability to engage with clients at all organizational levels including senior executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with influence.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with client hiring managers and vendor account managers.
• Oversee a high-volume pipeline of candidates to meet staffing requirements.
• Drive business expansion via cold calling, emailing, and leveraging warm leads.
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events to strengthen relationships.
• Build a network of industry contacts to generate referrals and market intelligence.
• Ensure timely communication of urgent business matters to stakeholders.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
