Beacon Hill is seeking an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses for our temporary staffing services. The role requires outbound prospecting, client meetings, and collaboration with recruiting teams to match the best candidates to open positions.

You will travel to client sites, present solutions, and negotiate deals while maintaining Beacon Hill's standards of client service and business integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with high initiative.
• Ability to negotiate and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients via calls, referrals, and web research.
• Proactive high-volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
• Visit client sites, deliver sales presentations, understand client needs.
• Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs.
• Serve as the client's main point of contact during the job order process.
