Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a skilled IT Specialist for its IT Services team. You will provide second-line support for hardware, software, and networking, guiding end-users and collaborating with Level 1 and senior staff to keep technology operations smooth.

The role is full-time and onsite with occasional on-call or after-hours support. A degree in IT/CS is preferred, with 2–4 years’ related experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years of IT/helpdesk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Office, and enterprise software.
• Troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs; basic server administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide second‑line technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems and outages.
• Manage user accounts and access controls (Active Directory).
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
