Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN is seeking a full-time IT Services IT Specialist to provide second-line support, resolve complex issues, and mentor Level 1 technicians. You will manage accounts in Active Directory and assist with hardware/software deployment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in IT, strong Windows/macOS, Office, networking, and familiarity with ITSM tools. On-call after hours is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years of IT/helpdesk experience or related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, MS Office, and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex problems including system crashes and network issues.
• Manage user accounts and access via Active Directory.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Monitor IT systems, apply patches, and perform basic server administration.
• Document resolutions and escalate to Level 3 as needed.
• Contribute to IT knowledge base and self-service resources.
• Support IT projects and train Level 1 technicians.
• Ensure policy compliance and data protection; assist with onboarding/offboarding.
