Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a skilled IT specialist to join our IT services team. The role provides advanced technical guidance, resolves complex issues, and collaborates with Level 1 and senior IT staff to ensure seamless technology operations.

This is a full-time, onsite position with occasional on-call or after-hours support. The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, manage user accounts, and assist with deployments while maintaining security and compliance

Qualifications

• Holds a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in IT/helpdesk or related technical role.
• Proficient with Windows and macOS, Office Suite, and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems including system crashes and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory).
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software applications.
• Monitor IT systems, perform patch management, updates, and basic server administration.
• Document and update service tickets; escalate unresolved issues to Level 3.
• Contribute to IT knowledge base and self-service resources.
• Support IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, or rollouts.
• Train and mentor Level 1 technicians on troubleshooting techniques.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Provide onboarding and offboarding IT support.
