You will diagnose hardware, Windows, Microsoft 365, peripherals, and connectivity issues, and deploy computers for new hires and replacements, partnering with the IT team.

A Associate Degree is required; we value practical problem solving, security-minded work, and the ability to use AI tools and scripting to streamline operations.

• Practical experience supporting business users and independent troubleshooting.
• Understanding how operating systems, applications, accounts, and devices interact—and ability to investigate beyond the first symptom.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, Windows, Microsoft 365, peripheral, access, and connectivity issues.
• Prepare and deploy computers for new associates, replacements, and office needs.
• Improve standard configurations, application deployment packages, and setup documentation.
• Maintain accurate equipment records and support the full device lifecycle.
