T. Baker Smith is seeking an IT Services Specialist to provide broad IT support, owning computer preparation, deployment, maintenance, and replacement. You’ll work with the IT Support Manager, supporting associates both onsite and remotely across multiple office locations in Texas and beyond.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, Windows, M365, peripheral, access, and connectivity issues.
• Prepare and deploy computers for new associates, replacements, and office needs.
• Improve standard configurations, deployment packages, and setup documentation.
• Maintain accurate equipment records and support the full device lifecycle.
• Collaborate with infrastructure staff on approved endpoint updates and security remediation.
• Support associates onsite and remotely across multiple offices.
