Reporting to the IT Support Manager, you’ll provide broad IT support while taking ownership of how computers are prepared, deployed, maintained, and replaced. You’ll diagnose hardware and software issues, deploy devices for new associates, and improve configurations and setup documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business users and independent troubleshooting.
• Organization and communication skills with thorough problem solving.
• Experience with endpoint management, software deployment, or scripting.
• Security-minded approach to protect firm and client information.
• Willingness to learn, experiment with approved tools, and evaluate results.
• Open to using AI as part of everyday IT work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, Windows, Microsoft 365, peripheral, access, and connectivity issues.
• Prepare and deploy computers for new associates, replacements, and office needs.
• Improve standard configurations, application deployment packages, and setup documentation.
• Maintain accurate equipment records and support the full device lifecycle.
• Work with infrastructure staff on approved endpoint updates, security remediation, and technical improvements.
• Support associates onsite and remotely across multiple offices.
