Job summary

The ideal candidate has proven IT project management experience, strong ITSM credentials, and the ability to align activities with service management processes.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within an IT or technology environment.
• Strong IT Service Management background, including service delivery, change management or continual service improvement.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of service transition and operational readiness.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
• SFIA Level 5 capability.
• Active NCA security clearance.
• Working arrangements: role is primarily virtual, with occasional travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery, ensuring milestones, deliverables and objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate technical teams, service owners and business stakeholders.
• Lead service improvement initiatives and support operational change.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide progress reporting.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges, escalating risks as needed.
• Ensure activities align with service management processes and operational requirements.
• Assist transition into live service with handover and readiness.
• Monitor delivery outcomes and identify opportunities to improve service performance.
