Job summary

Prominent Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager/IT Lead to provide strategic program management and IT project leadership for critical government initiatives. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities, developing schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and PM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or five+ years leading complex projects.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and government customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of contract performance with accountability for cost, schedule, and quality.
• Serve as primary contact to Contracting Officer, COR, and Government stakeholders.
• Coordinate IT program management with budget, acquisition, and mission support teams.
• Maintain integrated deliverable calendar and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to protect mission delivery.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding/offboarding, and workload allocation for readiness.
• Prepare program-level reports and management information for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and quality controls.
• Ensure compliance with PWS, contract requirements, and government standards.
