Job summary

CB Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager with a strong IT Service Management background to support delivery within a complex technology environment. The role combines project management with service operations, service improvement and operational change.

You will manage project delivery, develop plans, coordinate technical teams and stakeholders, and drive service improvement initiatives while ensuring a smooth transition to live service.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within an IT or technology environment.
• Strong IT Service Management background including service delivery and change management.
• Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder relationships and report progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery, ensuring milestones, deliverables and objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate technical teams, service owners and business stakeholders.
• Lead service improvement initiatives and support operational change.
• Provide clear progress reporting and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges and escalate risks as needed.
• Ensure activities align with service management processes and operational requirements.
• Support transition into live service with proper handover and readiness.
• Monitor delivery outcomes and seek opportunities to improve service performance.
