Job summary

CB Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager with a strong IT Service Management background to support delivery within a complex technology environment. The role combines project management with service operations, service improvement and operational change.

You will manage project delivery, develop plans, coordinate technical teams and stakeholders, and drive service improvement initiatives while ensuring a smooth transition to live service.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within an IT or technology environment.
• Strong IT Service Management background including service delivery and change management.
• Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder relationships and report progress.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT Service Management to support delivery within a complex technology environment. The successful candidate will combine project management expertise with an understanding of service operations, service improvement and operational change.

Essential experience

• Proven project management experience within an IT or technology environment.
• Strong IT Service Management background, including service delivery, change management or continual service improvement.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of service transition and operational readiness.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
• SFIA Level 5 capability.
• Active NCA SC+ security clearance.

Working Arrangements

The role is primarily virtual, with occasional travel to customer sites as required.
