Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a corporate IT help desk/service desk role.
• Minimum 2 years managing Mac, Windows fleets.
• Minimum 2 years supporting end-users.
• CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Apple and Windows environments.
• Support mobile computing environments.
• Support a wide range of technologies including laptops, printers, AV systems, and devices.
• Manage Service Desk ticket queues and prioritize responses.
• Collaborate with IT teams on initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on IT applications/services.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for IT applications/services.
• Tier 2 escalation for IT applications/services.
