Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an IT Field Technician in Cupertino to support desktop hardware, software, and network services. You will manage user accounts, aid in security measures, and help maintain IT operations across internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years of technical experience, strong MS Office and Windows skills, and the ability to work after hours if needed. Travel may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience in a functional/technical area.
• Experience with desktop applications, including all MS Office applications, Windows operating environment, and relational database environments.
• Project coordination experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks such as installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing of desktop hardware, software, Wi‑Fi, printers, related peripherals, mobile devices, videoconference equipment, etc.
• Provide high level support to internal teams and develop processes for escalating appropriate issues.
• Follow procedures to troubleshoot and resolve issues (network outage, server down, etc.).
• Install and maintain PCs and related equipment, and manage inventory.
• Recommend modifications and upgrades to PC equipment and software.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user hardware/software/connectivity issues.
