Job summary

Talentry is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to resolve computer issues for employees and support IT projects, working with Sr. Engineers both remotely and onsite.

The right candidate will provide hardware, software, and systems support for employees and customers onsite and remotely, including troubleshooting and configuring Windows PCs, Macs, printers, and peripherals in a multi-site environment. This role starts onsite in Carlsbad with a potential hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of IT support experience.
• Proven MS Windows experience, Exchange, MS Office, SharePoint.
• MacOS/iOS configuration/troubleshooting is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support onsite and remotely; resolve tickets.
• Configure and support PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist with software/hardware upgrades and password resets.
