Mission Fed in San Diego, CA is seeking a Help Desk Technician II to provide on-site IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, and user accounts. You will troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 issues, manage tickets, and collaborate with IT teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or certification required; two years of equivalent experience may substitute per year.
• Network and/or Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the technology hero supporting laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues and document solutions.
• Maintain organized tickets, assets, and knowledge base for efficient support.
• Contribute to technology projects and upgrades in the Network Services team.
