Job summary

Bardavon is seeking an IT & Support Manager to oversee the company’s hybrid technology environment. You will manage IT operations, security, and user access, ensuring secure, reliable systems for a mixed in-office and remote workforce.

Responsibilities include managing Active Directory/Entra, M365 administration, device lifecycle, and vendor relations while guiding a team to deliver high-quality support and incident response. Hybrid schedule: 1–2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT administration, IT operations, systems administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years administering Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra, including user provisioning, IAM, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with endpoint/mobile device management platforms (Intune, JAMF).
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Defender).
• Experience with endpoint security, compliance policies, encryption, and device restrictions.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, identity, access, and MDM environments.
• Experience leading an IT Support or Help Desk function.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Bardavon’s IT & Support function.
• Oversee identity and access management controls and lifecycle processes.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and security settings.
• Manage device lifecycle across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android; MDM platforms.
• Support security, compliance, and data-protection requirements.
• Coordinate IT vendor relationships and software renewals.
• Lead IT & Support team; set priorities and coach staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
