Job summary

Bardavon Health Innovations is seeking an IT & Support Manager to oversee the corporate technology environment, security, and Help Desk operations. The role ensures secure, reliable technology for a hybrid, 1-2 days/week in-office schedule, and partners with the Technology team and external partners to scale solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT administration, IT operations, or similar field.
• 3+ years administering Active Directory & Entra (IAM, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access).
• 2+ years hands-on with endpoint/mobile device management (Intune, JAMF).
• Strong Windows, macOS, iOS, Android knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and Defender.
• Experience managing endpoint security, encryption, and device restrictions.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, identity, and MDM.
• Experience leading an IT Support or Help Desk.
• Strong understanding of information security principles.
• Ability to prioritise and resolve technical issues independently.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT & Support operations and establish processes.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Monitor recurring issues and drive process improvements.
• Maintain IT documentation, standards, and procedures.
• Provide training and resources to employees on Bardavon tech.
• Partner with internal teams to meet technology needs.
• Administer AD/Entra IAM, SSO, MFA, and access controls.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services and security settings.
• Configure and secure Windows/macOS/iOS/Android devices and deploy updates.
• Lead IT & Support team, set priorities, monitor service levels.
