Job summary

VETRO in Portland, ME is seeking an IT Manager to lead internal IT operations, deliver end-user support, and run onboarding and offboarding processes. This hybrid role combines on-site work at our Portland HQ with remote collaboration, and you will own projects that scale our IT foundation, including SOC-2 compliance initiatives and domain migrations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Mac and Windows endpoints via MDM tools.
• Hands-on GSuite administration including user provisioning.
• Familiarity with Zoom Rooms hardware and conferencing setup.
• Proficiency with MacOS/Windows OS, basic networking, and office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to collaborate across skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal helpdesk support for Mac/Windows hardware and software.
• Manage internal user access rights and SaaS subscriptions.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding, provisioning hardware, revoking access.
• Maintain office workstations, peripherals, and networking equipment.
• Support conferencing and A/V setup for large company events.
• Track IT asset inventory and ensure accurate records.
• Support SOC-2 compliance with policy enforcement and audits.
• Lead IT projects to improve processes and scalability.
