Social Leverage LLC is looking for an IT Manager to transform its IT operations and improve customer service. This hybrid role, located in Boston, requires strong technical skills and a passion for collaboration.

The ideal candidate will own IT operations as the main contact for support, manage endpoint lifecycle, and lead compliance efforts. With over 8 years of experience and proficiency in tools like Jamf and Okta, you’ll play a critical role in the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, desktop/endpoint support, or enterprise IT engineering.
• Exceptional attention to detail, personal accountability, and integrity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT operations as the primary point of contact for all helpdesk and support.
• Manage the full endpoint lifecycle across mostly macOS environments.
• Lead IT contributions to SOC 2 and HITRUST audit readiness.
