Job summary

Bardavon Health Innovations is seeking an IT & Support Manager to oversee the corporate technology environment, including identity and access management, Microsoft 365, and device management across a hybrid workforce.

You will partner with the Technology team and business leaders to ensure secure, reliable technology and drive IT process improvements while supporting employee productivity and security compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT administration or related field.
• 3+ years administering Active Directory and Entra, including IAM, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with endpoint/mobile device management platforms (Intune and JAMF).
• Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Defender).
• Experience managing endpoint security, compliance policies, application deployment, encryption, and device restrictions.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests and resolve technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Bardavon’s IT and Support function.
• Establish and maintain IT support, issue escalation, resolution, and documentation processes.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Monitor recurring technology issues and identify process improvements.
• Maintain documentation, system standards, and IT procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on Bardavon’s technology environment.
• Partner with internal teams to understand technology needs and implement solutions.
