Job summary

VETRO is seeking an IT Manager to lead internal helpdesk, user access, and on-site/off-site IT infra. You will drive SOC-2 compliance, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and IT projects to scale operations. The role blends security, process improvement, and hands-on support across Mac/Windows environments.

The position is onsite in Portland, ME with a hybrid schedule and a remote-first mindset. Compensation aligns with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Mac and Windows endpoints via MDM tools (JumpCloud experience strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration, including user provisioning and security settings.
• Familiarity with Zoom Rooms hardware/software setup and troubleshooting for video conferencing and webinar events.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal helpdesk support for Mac and Windows hardware, software, and peripherals for remote and in-office employees.
• Manage internal user access rights and SaaS subscriptions, ensuring proper license allocation and governance.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding, including setting up user accounts and provisioning hardware.
• Maintain office workstations, peripherals, and networking equipment for uptime and performance.
• Support conferencing and A/V equipment and assist in large company events.
