Responsabilidades

• Разрабатывать и внедрять стратегии подбора, ориентированные на FinTech.
• Оптимизировать каналы поиска кандидатов и формировать качественный пул.
• Проводить интервью и оценку кандидатов по ролям.
• Строить отношения с клиентами, выявлять потребности и предлагать решения.
• Ведущие переговоры о предложениях между клиентами и кандидатами.
• Анализировать метрики подбора и улучшать процессы.

Задачи

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to fintech industry needs
• Manage and optimize candidate sourcing channels to build a diverse, qualified talent pool
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles
• Build and maintain client relationships, understand hiring needs, and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Lead job offer negotiations between clients and candidates to support successful placements
• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve recruitment processes and outcomes

Требования

• Proven track record of successful placements in the fintech sector
• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a remote setting
• Deep understanding of fintech industry trends and talent needs
• Native-level Russian and professional working proficiency in English (C1)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Adaptability to remote work, proactive problem-solving, responsibility, ownership, curiosity, willingness to learn, resilience, self-motivation, attention to detail, and a positive, collaborative mindset
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality and handle a high-volume workload
